Xblend products and services are not directed to individuals under 16 years old.
If we become aware that a child under 16 years old has provided us Personal Information, we will delete that information. If you become aware a child has provided us with their Personal Information, please contact us immediately.

We may also collect data that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use, transfer and disclose non-personal information for any purpose.

6.4. Right to object processing of your Personal Data to specific types of processing: direct marketing, processing based on legitimate interests or performance of a task in the public interest/exercise of official authority and processing for research or statistical purposes (unless the processing has a legitimate purpose or the is for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims);

Right to removal of your Personal Data when it is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected/processed, when you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal ground for the processing, for compliance a legal obligation. This right might be refused where the Personal Data processing is necessary;

Right to request data portability, when data is provided by data subject (actively and knowingly or observed by virtue of the use a service/device), based in his/her consent or, in a contract where the data subject is an interested party. We will transmit this data in a structured, commonly used format. This right only applies if the data processing is carried out by automated means;

6.10. Right appeal to Data Protection National Committee (CNPD) of any of our decision about your Personal Data.

7. Retention of Personal Data
7.1. Xblend will maintain your Personal Data records for the time needed to accomplish the purpose it was collected as authorized by you and Xblend will execute regular reviews to its Personal Data files, in order to update them and to maintain their accuracy.
7.2. Subject to the rules stated at 7.1., above, in general terms, Xblend will maintain your Personal Data records for no more than 6 civil years, since the last contact with the data subject, unless special reasons may determine that Xblend maintains your Personal Data for a longer period, as authorized by law.
7.3. The Personal Data included at any agreement, invoice or other legal document or statement will be retained for the period that is legally necessary.
7.4. In any case, Xblend will always notify you of the deletion of your Personal Data.
